欢迎使用一照知味（TasteSnap）。本条款是你与本 App 之间关于使用服务的约定。下载、安装或使用本 App，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本条款。

一、服务内容

本 App 提供家庭膳食相关的辅助功能，包括：拍摄食材识别、菜谱推荐与分步烹饪引导、每周用餐计划、时令与节气食谱、拍照估算热量、冰箱库存管理，以及用户共建的菜谱与实拍图分享。

二、使用许可

我们授予你一项个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，用于在你自己拥有的设备上使用本 App。你不得反向工程、破解、出租、转售本 App，或以超出本条款范围的方式使用其内容。

三、你的内容与责任

• 你对自己拍摄并上传的照片、文字与菜谱内容负责，并保证拥有相应权利。
• 你同意不上传违法、侵权、色情、暴力、虚假广告或含他人肖像而未获授权的内容。
• 你提交的菜谱与实拍图经审核通过后，将作为社区内容对其他用户展示；你仍保留该内容的著作权，同时授权我们在 App 内展示、编辑排版与推广使用。
• 我们有权对违规内容不予展示或删除，并保留在严重违规时停用相关账号的权利。

四、免费额度与奖励

• 每个自然月赠送基础使用额度；通过分享推广（例如回传分享截屏）可获得额外奖励次数。
• 额度按月重置、不可结转、不可兑换现金，也不得通过作弊、伪造截屏等方式获取。
• 发现异常获取行为时，我们可撤销相应奖励并限制相关功能。

五、健康与营养免责

本 App 属于膳食辅助工具，其菜谱、食材搭配、热量与营养数据均为估算与参考：

• 不构成医疗诊断、治疗方案或营养处方，不能替代医生或注册营养师的面对面意见；
• 食物过敏、慢性疾病（如糖尿病、高血压、痛风）、孕期、哺乳期与儿童饮食，请务必遵医嘱；
• 热量与营养数值受拍摄角度、份量估算与烹饪用油量等因素影响，存在合理误差，请以实际摄入为准；
• 请自行确认食材新鲜程度与自身过敏原，因使用本 App 产生的任何直接或间接后果，我们不承担责任。

六、服务变更与中断

我们可能新增、调整或停止部分功能；因维护、升级、第三方服务故障或不可抗力造成的服务中断，我们会尽力提前告知，但不对因此产生的损失承担赔偿责任。

七、知识产权

本 App 的界面设计、图标、商标「一照知味 / TasteSnap」、文案与自有菜谱内容归我们所有。社区用户贡献的内容归其作者所有。

八、账号与数据

本 App 无需注册即可使用。你可以在「我的 → 隐私与数据」中导出数据或一键注销并删除全部数据。注销后数据无法恢复。

九、条款更新

本条款可能随服务调整而更新，更新后在本页面公布。继续使用即视为接受修订后的条款。

Terms of Service

Welcome to TasteSnap. These terms govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

1. The Service

The App offers household meal-assistance features: ingredient recognition from photos, recipe recommendations with step-by-step cooking guidance, weekly meal planning, seasonal recipes, calorie estimation from photos, fridge inventory management, and community-contributed recipes and cooking photos.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own. You may not reverse engineer, crack, rent, resell the App, or use its content beyond the scope of these terms.

3. Your Content

• You are responsible for photos, text and recipes you upload, and confirm you hold the rights to them.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, misleading or non-consensual likeness content.
• Approved recipes and cooking photos are shown to other users as community content. You retain copyright and grant us a licence to display, format and promote it inside the App.
• We may withhold or remove violating content and, for serious violations, disable the associated account.

4. Free Credits & Rewards

• Basic credits are granted each calendar month; extra credits can be earned by sharing the App (for example by returning a share screenshot).
• Credits reset monthly, do not roll over, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be obtained through cheating or forged screenshots.
• Where abuse is detected we may revoke the rewards and restrict the relevant features.

5. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

The App is a dietary aid. Its recipes, ingredient pairings and calorie or nutrition figures are estimates and references only:

• they are not medical diagnosis, treatment or nutritional prescription, and do not replace face-to-face advice from a physician or registered dietitian;
• for food allergies, chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, gout), pregnancy, breastfeeding and children's diets, always follow medical advice;
• calorie and nutrition values are affected by camera angle, portion estimation and cooking oil, and carry reasonable error margins;
• please verify ingredient freshness and your own allergens. We accept no liability for direct or indirect consequences of using the App.

6. Changes & Interruptions

We may add, change or retire features. For interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures or force majeure we will aim to give notice but accept no liability for resulting loss.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's interface design, icons, the "一照知味 / TasteSnap" marks, copy and our own recipe content belong to us. Community-contributed content belongs to its authors.

8. Account & Data

No registration is required. You may export your data or close your account and delete all data from "Me → Privacy & Data". Deletion cannot be undone.

9. Updates

These terms may be updated as the service evolves and will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
