隐私政策

一照知味（TasteSnap，以下称「本 App」）非常重视你的隐私。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用、与谁共享，以及你可以如何管理自己的数据。使用本 App 即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。

一句话概括：本 App 不需要注册账号、不采集你的手机号与通讯录。你拍摄的照片仅用于食材识别与热量估算；菜谱偏好与健康禁忌仅用于为你调整推荐结果。我们不会出售你的个人数据，也不会将其用于广告定向投放。

一、我们收集的信息

我们不会收集：手机号、通讯录、短信、精确地理位置、浏览历史、剪贴板内容或广告标识符（IDFA）。

二、照片如何处理

  • 拍食材：照片上传至服务端调用视觉模型识别食材名称，也可在识别完成后按你的选择删除。
  • 拍热量：照片用于识别菜品与估算份量，估算完成后照片默认保留 30 天，超期由后台任务自动清理。
  • 做菜步骤图：默认仅你本人可见；只有当你主动提交分享并通过审核后，才会作为社区步骤图对其他用户展示。
  • 分享截屏：仅用于核验你的分享行为以发放免费额度，不会被公开。

三、第三方服务

为实现识别与对话能力，我们会在必要时把你上传的照片或你输入的文本发送给下列类别的技术服务商处理，除此之外不向任何第三方提供你的数据：

  • 阿里云 DashScope（通义千问 Qwen-VL 系列）：图像识别与品名识别；
  • DeepSeek（深度求索）：菜谱生成与对话式问答。

上述服务商仅按我们的指令代为处理数据，并受其自身的数据保护条款约束。我们不向它们提供任何可直接识别你个人身份的信息，也不允许其将数据用于自身目的。我们不会出售、出租或交换你的个人数据。

四、数据存储与安全

  • 数据存储于受访问控制的服务器；传输过程使用 HTTPS 加密。
  • 超出保留期限的照片会被自动删除；聚合统计使用的数据不包含照片与可识别个人的信息。
  • 我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据，但请理解任何互联网传输都无法保证绝对安全。

五、你的权利

  • 查看与导出：在「我的 → 隐私与数据 → 导出我的数据」中获取你的数据摘要。
  • 更正：冰箱库存、口味偏好、健康档案均可在 App 内随时修改。
  • 删除（注销账号）：在「我的 → 隐私与数据 → 删除我的数据」中一键完成。删除后，冰箱、饮食记录、偏好、反馈与照片记录将被清除，账号随即停用且无法恢复。
  • 撤回照片授权：你不拍照即不会产生任何照片数据；也可随时在系统设置中关闭本 App 的相机与相册权限。

六、未成年人

本 App 面向成年人提供膳食参考。若你未满 14 周岁，请在监护人同意与陪同下使用。

七、健康与营养免责

本 App 提供的菜谱、食材搭配、热量与营养信息均为估算与膳食参考，不构成医疗、营养或诊疗建议。如有疾病、孕期、过敏等情况，请以医生或注册营养师的意见为准。

八、政策更新

我们可能随功能变化更新本政策，更新后会在本页面公布并调整生效日期。若涉及重大变更，我们会在 App 内提示。

Privacy Policy

TasteSnap (the "App") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can manage your data. By using the App you agree to this policy.

In one sentence: the App requires no sign-up and never collects your phone number or contacts. Photos you take are used only for ingredient recognition and calorie estimation; preferences and health conditions are used only to adapt recommendations. We never sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.

We do not collect: phone numbers, contacts, SMS, precise location, browsing history, clipboard contents or advertising identifiers (IDFA).

2. How Photos Are Handled

  • Fridge scan: the photo is sent to a vision model to identify ingredient names, then may be deleted at your choice.
  • Calorie capture: the photo is used to identify the dish and estimate portions. It is kept for 30 days by default, then removed by an automatic cleanup job.
  • Cooking-step photos: private to you by default. They become visible to others only when you submit them for sharing and they pass review.
  • Share screenshots: used only to verify that you shared the App in order to grant free credits; never published.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide recognition and conversation features, we send the photo you upload or the text you type to the following categories of processors. Beyond these, we share your data with no one:

  • Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Qwen-VL): image and dish recognition;
  • DeepSeek: recipe generation and conversational Q&A.

These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by their own data protection terms. We give them no directly identifying information and do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. Storage & Security

  • Data is stored on access-controlled servers and transmitted over HTTPS.
  • Photos past their retention window are deleted automatically; aggregate statistics contain no photos or personally identifying information.
  • We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

5. Your Rights

  • Access & export: use "Me → Privacy & Data → Export My Data".
  • Correction: fridge inventory, taste preferences and health profile are editable in the App at any time.
  • Deletion (account closure): use "Me → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data". This erases your fridge, meal records, preferences, feedback and photo records and disables the account permanently.
  • Withdraw camera access: no photo means no photo data; you may revoke camera and photo permissions in system settings at any time.

6. Minors

The App provides dietary references for adults. If you are under 14, please use it with a guardian's consent and supervision.

7. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

Recipes, ingredient pairings and calorie or nutrition figures in the App are estimates and dietary references only; they are not medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice. For illness, pregnancy or allergies, follow your physician or a registered dietitian.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as features evolve; the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will be announced in the App.
